Medellin Men of Mastery is a communal group of men in Medellin, Colombia, who are focused on self development, growth, and challenging themselves and their brothers to improve in a confidential, supportive space. The Medellin Run Club is a group of runners in Medellin (of all levels), who were tired of running alone! The community meets 1x a week to run on ciclovia and goes for brunch afterwards. Each month, we join Fundación Sembradores de la 13, a school that transforms the lives of over 400 children and young people in Comuna 13, providing them with education, food, and sports to improve their future and quality of life.

I take on a select number of business/life coaching clients at a time. My coaching is 'bespoke,' and intuitive. I draw upon my experiences running The Remote Job Club, The Remote Job Coach, Unlocked Authority, as well as experiences from my coaches to help you move the ball forward and get you resources and assignments that make sense. I've run various coaching businesses since 2017 - one of them eclipsing the six-figure mark. I've helped multiple other businesses eclipse multiple six-figures per year growth (like Tiffany and Michelle), and enabled many professionals to change their habits, increase their productivity, and rewire their belief systems.

In mid 2023, I received my instructor certification from Respira Tu Amor Breathwork, a modality combining the Wim Hof Method, Tantra and shamanism. I lead in-person, private breathwork ceremonies with the intention of leading people to remembering what they already have within.⁣ I've been a daily practitioner myself for years and it's helped me heal tremendously.
